We have a 2002 Chevy Silverado whose horn doesn't work. First, we popped the hood and opened the fuse box. We found the fuse for the horn and removed it, and swapped it for another fuse. Then we tested the horn, and it worked, so we are going to buy some fuses to swap it for.
