So today we had the opportunity to help our friend move a bunch of super cool pottery molds from one storage unit to another one. The pottery molds are incredibly rare. They're only manufactured in India or Europe. It's a bowl shape with a separate shape that goes on top of it, which presses it to the desired thickness and shape, and they're made of gypsum plaster. They're incredibly rare and I believe also incredibly expensive and they shatter like glass so we had to be incredibly careful while moving them. Adding to this fact, they're also extremely heavy, with some of the biggest ones being what felt like 50 lb. Luckily we were able to move all of the pottery molds without any hiccups. We were also paid quite handsomely for this job, with our rate being around $100/hour.
