Recently, I was trying to film some videos, and when I got back home to review the footage, they just weren't there. Just nothing at all. We tried to use a file extractor and a few other tools to try and get the content off of the hard drive, because the videos were on the Insta360. We could see them in the camera's preview, but we couldn't see them once we pulled the SD card out of the camera. I had the Insta360 connected to its app for a while, and the way that it logs time data, it uses the app on the phone, which is connected to Wi-Fi. This means that the phone's clock is up to date, and that updates the Insta360's clock. For some reason, since the Insta360's clock wasn't up to date, it meant that the files just didn't write onto the card. We ended up reinstalling the app, connecting the Insta360, and now all of my videos properly write onto an SD card.
