So the new Vex V5 season has recently started and not too soon after the game released Vex and REC, the people who organize competitions split ways. They did because Vex wanted the money that REC made from all the tournaments and REC didn't want to give it to them because it was theirs. Basically they split ways so we're not sure what this means for this season yet. We think it's still going to go on but this is going to mean that there's going to be two different Vexes: - Vex organized by REC - Vex organized by the actual people who do Vex personally Personally I think REC is right. They're a non-profit and they've been the best for a while. The reason Vex wanted to split is just corporate greed. They just wanted a little bit more money than what they were making and now they're also suing REC for $10 million in parts that they haven't purchased yet. What's probably going to happen is that the stupid game is still going to stay the same but now there are just going to be two different organizers so you can either go with Vex Vex or REC Vex.
